    Thank you Kelly! (and everyone else who has been sending birthday wishes today!)

    But really, I think that we should be celebrating Erin and Jonathan's special day today!! 2 years today that he first asked her out! (I have to be honest and say that I don't actually remember the date that Ray first asked me out, maybe because we had been friends for so long before!)

    We were at a tea party and the dessert was served in those pretty little tea cups. It was a coffee flavored mousse with whip cream and a biscuit. I think Shannon made it so you could probably get the recipe from her. Very yummy!
